What happens next
- We check the claim against the strongest available evidence.
- Material factual errors are corrected as soon as practical.
- The page’s reviewed date is updated when the correction affects its conclusions.
- Minor spelling or formatting changes may be fixed without a formal notice.
Disagreements
A manufacturer or retailer may disagree with an assessment without the underlying facts being wrong. We will review new evidence, but commercial pressure does not guarantee a changed conclusion.
