What is—and is not—included
The rows cover the physical system, core equipment, source-water preparation, testing, hardscape and the first salt and consumables. They do not include livestock, delivery, flooring or electrical work, replacement parts, or ongoing electricity. Add real retailer basket prices before buying.
Why the reserve matters
Plumbing adapters, power strips, containers, mixing pumps, mounting hardware and replacement media are easy to miss. The default 12% reserve is a planning cushion—not a prediction. Reduce it only when you have a complete, model-specific parts list.
